ABSTRAK
Industri minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia tidak hanya berkewajiban untuk melakukan perhitungan beban emisi gas dan melaporkan hasil pemantauannya tetapi juga berkewajiban untuk mengelola sumber emisi dalam artian mencegah dan mengurangi emisi dari sumbernya. Emisi gas dari terminal BBM berasal dari emisi tangki yang terdiri dari standing storage and breathing losses dan working losses. Disamping itu terdapat emisi fugitive yang berasal dari pengoperasian peralatan di area TBBM. Upaya untuk mengurangi emisi gas di area TBBM dilakukan dengan melakukan redesain tangki timbun, merubah sistem pengisian dan pengosongan mobil tangki serta melakukan redesain pipa intertank.

ABSTRACT
Oil and gas industries in Indonesia are not only obliged to determine gas emission load and to report their monitoring result but also to manage their emission resources in term of avoidance and reduction. Gas emission from TBBM origins from tank farm consisting of standing storage and breathing losses and working losses. The emission is also due to an operation of equipment in the area. Reductions of emission are conducted by redesigning the tank, changing the method for loading and unloading and redesigning intertank pipe.
